Good news – if you take two or more canal boat holidays in the course of one year, then the Loyalty Discount still applies to your bookings. So you can enjoy a couple of short breaks in one year and still benefit from our discounts.
How is my loyalty discount applied?
On any booking, whether on line or by phone, our reservations team will find your previous booking details and apply your loyalty discount for you. This will then be included in your booking confirmation details.
Can I get my Loyalty Scheme discount when I book online?
Your discount won’t show when you first book on line, but it will be applied by our team when they process the booking, assuming you have used the same name and address details for the lead booker on your booking as your previous bookings. If you are unsure, please call our reservations team for confirmation.
Is the loyalty discount applicable on short breaks?
Yes, the loyalty discount is applicable on all breaks, short or long.
