Booking

You can book your holiday online or call our team to book. If you have any issues on the website with booking or making payment, please call our team between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm, (GMT time). Outside of these times please email us with your query and contact number and we will come back to you the following day.

Reservation Centre opening hours (UK time)

• Monday to Friday – 9am to 4:30pm
• Saturday – Mid March to Nov 9am – 3pm (winter) 10am – 3pm
• Sunday – Closed

Loyalty Discount

If you have taken a holiday with us previously and you book again with the same booking name / email, our reservations team will add your Loyalty Discount to your booking. If you pay in full on line (for a last minute break for example), our team will refund the Loyalty Discount to your payment card.
